Is there a limit to how much I can upscale an image?
PicUpscaler supports 2x, 4x, and 8x upscaling. Start with the lowest scale that fits your output, then move to higher scale options when the source image is small or the final use needs more room. We recommend starting with the clearest source image available.
How secure is my data and what happens to my uploaded images?
Your privacy and data security are our top priorities. All uploaded images are encrypted during transmission using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. We automatically delete uploaded images and processed results from our servers within 72 hours. We do not share or use your images for any purpose other than the enhancement service you request. Your photos are never used to train our AI models or shared with third parties.

What file formats do you support and what's the maximum file size?
We support JPG/JPEG, PNG, and WebP files. The maximum file size for individual upscaler uploads is 5MB. For optimal processing speed and quality, we recommend using the clearest source file available within the upload limit. PNG files with transparency are preserved during enhancement.
Do you offer batch processing for multiple images?
Not yet as a finished product workflow. PicUpscaler currently processes one image at a time so you can review each result before downloading. Batch processing is planned for users who regularly work with catalogs, product sets, or large archives.
What payment methods do you accept and is there a free trial?
We accept payment methods shown during checkout, which may vary by location and payment processor. Our pricing structure includes a free tier for testing or occasional use. Pro is for recurring 2x/4x upscaling, while Premium is for 8x output and heavier monthly use. Subscriptions can be canceled or changed through the billing controls we provide. We offer monthly and annual subscription options, with discounts sometimes available for annual commitments.
